What is Kinesiology

Systematic Kinesiology is a preventative healthcare treatment, though many seek it after exploring other alternative healthcare options.

Pioneered by U.S. chiropractor Dr. George Goodheart in the 1960s, it is the science of muscle testing. Each muscle corresponds to a specific organ, and through gentle muscle testing, a kinesiologist can identify and support structural, nutritional, emotional and energetical imbalances within the body, promoting overall health and well-being.

The body naturally adapts to environmental, physical, and mental stresses, signaling issues through symptoms when something is wrong. Ignoring these symptoms can lead to both physical and emotional imbalances, potentially resulting in diagnosed health conditions. Long-term stress or acute illness can make it harder for the body to rebalance on its own.

Kinesiology helps address symptoms by uncovering underlying triggers, similar to peeling layers in psychology’s Onion Model (1983). By using specialized kinesiology techniques, the body is guided back into balance. Since these layers can resurface when triggered, regular sessions are recommended to maintain overall health and well-being.
