How will I feel after a balance?

Systematic Kinesiology is a highly effective tool that complements all other forms of healthcare. Many people report feeling calmer, lighter, and more positive after a balance session.

How often do I need to come?

It is recommended to have sessions every two weeks for the first three appointments. This allows the kinesiologist to balance the body, identify clear indicator muscles that need further attention, and develop a personalized plan tailored to your needs.
